Make sure that when choosing a location for your garden bed you pick a spot where there will be enough sunlight for the plants you are growing. The product is without base and is designed to be placed directly on the ground.
You may want to put a layer of crushed rock or gravel at the bottom of your garden bed. This will assist with filtration and drainage. If you're putting the garden bed on a hard surface you can line it with builders plastic to help prevent leakage of water and soil.
